Email not working

Hi

Can anyone help?

I have 2 websites on Mythic Beasts installed using Sympl namely quaystonebooks.com and thrillers.pub.

I can send emails from both websites, and emails arrive at quaystonebooks.com.

However, emails sent to thrillers.pub do not arrive but result in the message:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: save to /srv/thrillers.pub/mailboxes/charlesrozel/Maildir/

I have checked the permissions on Maildir which look ok. Everything on thrillers.pub works except the site does not receive emails.

It’s worth checking the ownership also, all the way down to the /srv/example.com/mailboxes/email/Maildir directory and files, in case the ownership is incorrect - it should all be owned by sympl:sympl, which might be incorrect if it was migrated in or created by the root user.

If you still have problems, drop support@mythic-beasts.com a line and we can take a more direct look!

Many thanks for your quick reply.

The problem was with Apple Mail which I have managed to fix. I think it was a corrupt plist.
